I have been in this community for 7 mos, I like this place, but the construction is taking a big effect on whether I would like to live here another year. They are planning on doing some up keep on the inside of all the apartments, like installing microwaves and washer and dryers. The land lady is actually a nice person. She is a very concern lady and no I have never paid my rent late, so I have never experience her misleading side. You do have to get satillite if you want to watch cable. Before you move in please make that you do a thorough inspection top to bottom. My ceiling look like it has not been touched with anything since the apartment was built.
