Pretty nice except for cooling

The air conditioning is a problem. It is not so much a big enough air conditioning unit, rather the problem is the design of the cooling system inside. The builders only put in 1 air return into the air conditioner! For a 3 bedroom apartment that is totally inadequate. Any reputable air conditioning firm would tell you that!!!
