I have lived in this community for over 3 years now and love it. The management is exceptionally accomodating and friendly. They work very hard to make Lakepointe a community where all feel welcome. Any issues that come up in the way of maintenance are taken care of timely and the maintenance crew go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied. In any apartment community there are those who move in that do not share the same community values as the rest of us (noise, leaving trash out when not trash pick up day). When this occurs, the management team is diligent at resolving issues so that the residents can feel safe and proud of their community.
