I don't have one complaint. The maintenance crew has been very helpful, the complex is quaint and well-kept and the inside of the apartment is beautiful.

I do live on the side closest to the waste management site but have only smelled trash once or twice. Our water does not smell or taste bad whatsoever. Our electric bill has been reasonable and we have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment - so I'm not sure what the deal is with the other complaints.

This is an older crowd of people which keeps out noise and loitering of various people.

I highly recommend this place - I don't pay a pretty penny to live in a place I wouldn't recommend.
