I am very excited about my new home. I really feel as if this is a home. I have lived here for about four months and so far I am very pleased. All of the staff is truly helpful and courtious. I love having trash pickup three times a week. We have had a few maintainence issues and every thing has been worked on fast and efficently. Juan does a wonderful job! I love the appearance of the apartments inside and out. They look like homes from the outside and on the inside the crown molding and built ins are great. I love having a garage of our own, but I would appreciate it if there were more guest parking avaliable. The best thing about our apartment is the Century 21 homebuyers program. Twenty percent of our rent can be applied to the down payment on a home, once we move out.
