The attached garages with every apt is a great selling point, however they are quite small, especially if you need to store items in them as the apartments do not have storage closets. Guest parking is basically no exisitant. I sometimes tell my guests to park at the Target across the street and walk over.

My biggest complaint is how hot the apartments are. There are not ceiling fans in the living rooms to move the cool air. The a/c does not do a very good job either so your utility bill will be quite high.

The office staff has been quite helpful and responded well to any service requests.
