The two positives are attached garages and a couple of small ponds. These also are negatives. Most apartments are over a neighbor's garage which means your apartment could rumble and rattle at any time day or night. That would depend on the consideration of the neighbor. The ponds produce creatures of all kinds.
Utilities are high year-round and it doesn't help that windows are drafty. The building structures just are not aging well.
It's misfortunate that the latest office staff is unfriendly and uncaring.
Visitor parking does not exist because the spaces are occupied by the tenants.
The grounds are just ok. Some trees that are beating against the buildings and roofs need to be trimmed.
The apartments are ok; maybe a little high for the quality and amenities. The single stall garages are small. The laundry facilities are located in the garages which is unpleasant when weather is hot, or very cold.
The complex is located close to I-35 and 121.

Doing laundry in a hot and humid garage SUCKED. Especially with your car in there, it is cramped to move around. Absolutely right on visitor parking. My poor mom had to hike across the property because tenants were parked in the VISITOR spaces. Even more right on the office staff.
