I moved into limestone ranch when it was brand new as well. I probably even live in the same bldg. as the last person to leave a comment on this site. (and yes, the guy w/the cobra is a ----). But my complaints are more grounded. First off the construction of this bldg. is terrible; the foundation has shifted leaving it difficult to close my doors and windows, and leaving various cracks in my place. My windows and doors all leak something fierce, leading my electric bills @ 120$ to 180$ a month!!! and I'm barely home. They will let any freak or weirdo move in (background checks my ass), and the dumpster, next to where I park my car stinks and is always overflowed. There is not enough parking. And a canal view apartment means sewage. the toilets overflow on a regular basis. Oh yeah, and I heard about the sexual assaults as well. I have even had the police at my house b/c people have tried to break in when I am not home and my fiancee is. I am moving back to denton, where believe it or not, it is safer, quiter, and the freaks are harmless ones.
