As usual, there's good and bad things about every aprtment, but I'd have to say this place does a really good job with the residents themselves. It seems like everyone is there to stay, and they don't mind helping out a neighbor or even just saying hi. Very friendly and open people. The maintennence guys are great, but they still haven't hired a porter, meanwhile there's tons for him to do. The dog poop thing isn't a problem anymore - they did get those little doo stations and it's taken care of it. The pet deposit is really low here and that was VERY nice. The grounds are kept very green and clean. The management is really nice and most of them live on the property, so it's not changing alot, and they're around a lot to get to know personally. They have TONS of free community activities (pool parties, dinners, breakfasts), and we take advantage of those a lot. Overall, it's a really nice place I'd recomend.
The list of negatives is shorter, but those would be: thin walls, gates that are always breaking, and a hot tub that usually works ok but when it doesn't WOAH watch out for those residents!!
