In addition to what has been happing with the deposit, they just disnt want to deal with me and decided to make up a story about how we now owe for the apt, saying that the carpet was ruined (it looked better than when we moved in), the floor in the kitchen wasnt mopped or swept (thats funny because even the maintaince saw us with cleaning supplies, and we all but ruined a broom trying to get all the nooks clean), had pet dander and fecies on the carpet(I dont know where this was, but my HAMSTERS were kept in cages and dander is microscopic) 3 articals of trash were left (what did we leave a piece of paper or 2') and the oven wasnt clean (top to bottom spotless). This plase is robbing its residece that they dont like. The slashed my tires and harassed me and my roomates. We are taking these people to court and hopefully it wont happen to you.

Ok PEOPLE, please disregard any person that puts in a complaint like this one. I believe you are smart enough to tell that this idiot doesn't know what he/she is talking about since he spells like he just got out of 1st grade. If you are going to put in a complaint atleast learn to spell so you don't look like a complete moron. Thank you

We live here and things have been okay. Our neighbors are hardly ever seen or heard. When we moved in, we hit a rough patch with not getting what was promised (fans, parking space, etc.), however, we have fixed all of them and are pretty happy. I think we will move at the end of our lease, but I do think if you have a roommate- this could work for you. There are lots of bugs because of the fields, but they provide a service to exterminate them each week- as long as you request it and are on top of them to do it. Scorpions live in the creek behind us, if you have a baby- I wouldn't move in here. The scorpions like baby diaper smell and that can only lead to an unhappy experience I am not going to talk about. Otherwise, we have enjoyed it.

They are trying to get money out of us for the exact same issues. Carpet damage, floors not mopped or swept, pet damage. I don't know why they didn't like us. Probably because we had to go in their office so much to keep asking for maintenance to fix stuff, which never got fixed.

Maintance? What maintenance? I've never seen them doing anything. That's for sure.
