I decided to post again because my problems have worsened. Like I said, the first year was just fine so i resigned my lease. No big problems.. Well, I noted previously that I have had problems with my ac which has not happened any more, but I have had more problems with my water heater. I have had maintenance come out here 5 times already, and it still isn't fixed yet. When i was complaining to the manager another resident was complaining about the exact same thing. The manager is very polite and assures me that help is on the way, but maintenance denies ever coming to my place when it has been the same person for 5 times. He put the blame on one of his coworkers saying that he wired it incorrectly. He obviously doesn't know what he is doing, and he is supposed to be the head guy. I am very unhappy and consider this a big inconvience to hit my lighter button every single time i want hot water. I can never be in a hurry and must always plan ahead due to this problem. The maintenance man also told me he completely gave me a new water heater, but it is still not working. I recommended this place to my boyfriend after living here a year because I enjoyed it, but now i regret signing my lease agian. My boyfriend has no problems in his place, but I have them constantly. I would never recommend this place to anyone else, and would honestly say look elsewhere if you want to live comfortably. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
