I have lived here since Aug. and at 1st there was some minor issues with getting my apt, but it was both mine and the staff's fault. I was told I would get the large 1 bedroom facing the canal, which is why i leased. Then, the current resident extended their lease which I was ok with because I am a leasing consultant at a very nice and much more expensive complex in Carrollton. The leasing consultant told me they would temporatily put me on a 3rd floor apartment until they had another 2nd floor canal view come avaliable. Well, that leasing agent left and I am still on the 3rd floor. It gets really hot up here and my apartment did not get below 83 last summer. Kind of comcerned about that, but I love this place. Great parking, great bathtubs and tile. The wall color is great and the crown molding. I love my closet and have had minimal repairs needed. The colors of everything are awesome. The pool is nice and even though I do not go to the events, they are a really great idea! I hear no one around me and never once receieved a complaint from the people below me and I have huge speakers! I reffer people here when I cannot find something for them. So I risk my job because I do like this place so much and I know it is a little bit more affordable then where I work. So if someone in the business likes this place (and believe me I have heard horror stories from every complex in Carrollton and Lewisville) then this place should be good for you! Plus the Assisstant Manager and the Manager are so sweet and completely awesome (even though I was not good enough to work with them, I still love them! j/k) One last thing... if you have a dog PICK UP AFTER it! I have this problem at my complex to and you will anywhere they have dogs. It's your neighbors not the staff. You can help by letting them know who it is, this will help get rid of the problem when they get tired of paying for the poop the neglect to pick up!
