they are currently trying to get $500 out of us for supposed damages to the apartment. We only lived there a year. They also claim they have no proof that we gave a $100 deposit so they will not take that off of the $500. They claim we did damages that are false.

While we lived there we had put in several service requests for maintenance to fix damages that were already present, and they never did fix them. We had to fix a couple of them ourselves.

If you research this place, you will find that other people had similar experiences.
It angers me how they are acting because we were nothing but good tenants, quiet and always paid our rent on time. Please do not rent here.

Hello all reading this review, This is the assistant manager and I would like to respond to this review to clear a few things up. First of all part of this was true and that was these particular tenants were good reidents, they did pay their rent on time, but that doesnt change the fact that there was brand new carpet put in their apartment a week before they moved in. After they moved out we had to replace the carpet because it was ruined. We would never charge anyone for carpet replacement if they didnt ruin the carpet. Also let it be known their deposit was applied to their charges and that left them with a smaller balance than the original $730. I am sorry they are angry but we treat everyone equally when it comes to charges regardless of how good of a resident they are or were.
