Limestone ranch is unbeli---ble. They give seniors a discount to come into the complex and then take it away after they move in to the apartment. Also, they don't stipulate any problems with the apartment prior to you moving in there. They intentionally withhold information that is vital to your decision making prior to signing the lease. I guess they just hope you don't find the shortcomings or don't have the balls to fight them for your rights. And if you do ask for your rights, they just ignore you and tell you to move out. Example, having you sign a lease for a certain sq footage apartment and then you find out that they shorted you on space and that the facilities are not sized for normal conditions. IE, the laundry rooms are too small to fit washer & dryers in there. What do they do about it, they give you a longer dryer vent so you can reach your dryer that has to sit in the middle of your laundry room. This is a deceiving underhanded management outfit. So what's the bottom line here, BUYER BEWARE because they're holding all the aces.

I think what you are saying is very untrue. I have been a resident of Limestone Ranch for a little over a year and a half. I love it so much I am moving to a large apartment as my family is growing. I live in the largest one bedroom now and I love it. My washer and dryer fit fine and they are very large and brand new. I also have a friend who just moved in and theirs fits fine too. I have never had any problems with management and they also are not new. The manager has been here at least as long as I have and the assistant manager has been here like a year. I could not see --- or ---- asking anyone to move. They are the sweetest and most helpful management I have ever delt with. One last thing, my apartment was fine when I moved in. It looked just like the one they showed me before I moved in. I would never regret my decision in moving into Limestone Ranch.

How do you know your friends washer/dryer fits fine? Did you inspect it or did she just bring that up out of the blue? Come on now...
