The first year I was living at this complex, I was still living at home and I was very satisfied with the management and maintance so my boyfriend and I decided to move into another apartment in the same complex. But, from the very first day we moved in it's been awful! When we moved in, it honestly looked like NOTHING was done to the aparment. In front of the door there was a huge stain on the concrete, probably from garbage left out there. The carpet wasn't torn out and replaced because we could still see the indentions where old furniture had been. The holes in the walls (from nails and screws) weren't filled and if they repainted at all, it was a really half-assed job. The white paint from the molding definitely is not JUST on the molding. Where there should be tile in the laundry room, there's linoleum. The vent in our bathroom didn't work and didn't get fixed until over a months late. The screen door of our patio wasn't on. It was just sitting up against the sliding doors. The sinks were dirty. There were cracks in the walls. The list goes on... and take note, the only things the maintance ever took care of were the bathroom vent and the screen door. Other than that, nothing else changed. The maintanance staff is awful. They take days weeks or even months to get around to fixing things, even tiny little things like my screen door. All in all, these apartments aren't even close to being worth the amount of money I pay to live here. Luxury' I don't think so.
