I agree with the last comment, especially about the apartment not being ready when you go to move in. My carpet was not cleaned or replaced, the refrigerator smelled, you could tell the apartment had not been repainted because there were obvious signs of nail holes and patches throughout the apartment that had not been filled.

I wish the owner could see how the maintenance men prepare an apartment before someone moves in. I see the lead guy hanging out in the shop more than I see him out on property being proactive, plus he's a little scary looking. Seems like someone is too comfortable in his job.

For the price I would definitely look elsewhere.
