Don't get a 2 bdrm on the 3rd floor!!

The units on the 3rd floor (especially ones facing the canal) will give you horrible electric bills!! When I called to see if there was anything else they could do, they said that 2 bdrm. units on the 3rd floor only have one a/c unit. The further away from the unit you are, the harder it is to keep cool. Yes, cool. Not comfortable. no matter what you set the thermostat in, one side of the apartment is never comfortable because it has no air circulation!!
