Here's a list of reasons why you should not move here:

Lack of experience from management
Management and office staff dress like hookers
Manager sleeps in model apartment when her and her husband argue
Living here for 4 mos and I still don't have a gate code
Was notified of apt number change only three days before move in date
Manager and Asst manager hides from angry tennants that have been lied to
Section 8 tenants
They never return phone calls
Promised washer and dryer never received it
Promised garage never received it

I am not the happiest tenant here, but there are several things wrong with your complaint.. #1. There is not a community gate code. Residents are given 1 remote, and if you desire a second you have to leave a deposit. #2. The complex offers washers/dryers through a third party, and they should not promise you anything. You should probably work with one of the rental companies, as the cost is very similar. #3. Garages are not a given. There are many residents still on a waiting list for garages. With that said, there is a lot wrong around here for you to complain about...but not these things. Maybe start with the gates always being broken...

I have been here almost 5 months. I have never gotten a gate code. Also was promised a garage and have yet to get one.. We can't wait for our lease to be up so we can get out of here.. We love the apt but not the bs that goes along with it.

WOW!! You must live a sheltered life if you think the office staff look like hookers and here are a couple of responses to your opinions. 1. Who would have waited 4mths to get their gate code if you really needed it. (I received mine at move-in) 2.If you had a problem with Section 8 why did you move-in. They're people like everyone else, in my opinion it's closed-minded people like you that shouldn't live here. 3.In my experience whenever I go into the office the management is always busy, but if you don't mind a short wait they always attend to me. It's true that everyone has the right to voice their opinions, but I think it's just pathetic that you would bring up the office staff's personal life (be it true or false). I suggest you find yourself a life and quit worrying about what others do. Last, but certainly not least, if you find it necessary to respond to this please use a dictionary to help you along the way.

I will say it again, if I don't like it I will say it. You must work in the office for you to respond the way you did or you must be the hooker. Of course you would receive yours at move in you must be a cousin of management. I would not have had to wait 4 months if it weren't for the idiots in the office always putting it off. And please no one is that busy. Please make no mistake, I have a life when it comes to my money that's when others come into play. It probably doesn't bother you because you are one of the Section 8 parasites. So what if I live a sheltered life, don't be mad.
