I was really hesitant about leasing here after I read all of the negative comments. However, I decided to take a chance and signed a lease in August.

I must say, that my experience thus far has been nothing but pleasant.

My apartment was very clean upon move in and maintenance came out immediately to fix the problems I mentioned on my move in sheet. I really like the staff here; they are all very nice and always willing to help you.

I had to make my first emergency maintenance call last night and a VERY nice maintenance guy came by within an hour and a half (on a Sunday, too!).

Also, I have absolutely no problems with parking (maybe it depends on what building you are in). I am able to park right in front of my apartment every night.

Overall, the complex is quiet. I haven't heard any loud parties, etc. I also do not hear the ppl living next door to me, but I can hear the person above me walking around sometimes. But its really not that big of a deal.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with this complex thus far and would recommend for anyone to lease here (despite all the negative comments).
