After reading the reviews there are some truths and of course some things are highly exaggerated. I moved in these apartments in January and I have had very few problems. As with all apartments there will be some things that need to be fixed. It does take them at least three days or so to fix the problem but the manager calls me every time to make sure that my request has been taken care of. I have never had any problems with the staff they are all very very nice and I have never spoken with anyone that is rude. Yes the gates are a mess but this is my second gated community and they all have their issues. Think about it, if the gates are constantly being opened at lease two time every naturally something is going to go wrong with it. As far as the trash is concerned yes it can get a little messy. However I don't think this is the community's problem I think thats because of nasty people that are in the community. They constantly send out reminder letters notifying us of the trash pick up day but people are constantly breaking the rules. We do have quite a few kids on the property as well but guess what they are everyone. Even if you move to a house in the neighborhood there will be kids! They can't possibly deprive kids from playing in the community. I'm sure you remember that when you were a kid you use to play outside as well. The point I am trying to make is give the community a try. No where you move is going to be perfect however for the rent price I am definitely willing to make the most of it and I will more than likely renew my lease.
