As you all know there are many communities to chose from. With that said I would chose this community. The Amentities this community has is wonderful and even at the price they are asking. You can not get the whole package anywhere else. That also includes the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. I feel you will have issues no matter where you live. Something or someone will always upset somebody. Maybe we should all look at the good things in life and quit finding things to gripe about. I totally love it here and will spread the good news to anyone looking for a place to live.

You are right in saying you may have issues wherever you live, however, if you look at the negative comments, or griping as you so ignorantly put it, you will see there are honest complaints that were not dealt with! I've looked up 3 apartments I've lived at in the past and most of their complaints had truth. That is why there is a website to rate apartments!

Yes, honesty is always the right way. But exaggeration is not. All issues can be worked with and resolved. This community is a nice place to live.

Sounds like management again (anonymously) trying to boost their ratings....I lived here for 1 year when it was Villas of Highpointe (one of the many former names/management companies. The ammenities are nice...but not worth the crappy management and problems within the property. Id never move back.
