My overall experience has been good. It's very quiet and well maintained. Maintenance is always out within 24 hours. As for the dog poop..it is true. I have a dog, however, I always pick up. The apartments do care, because my whole building has gotten a note on our doors about it. (There are a few dogs in our building) Everyone, except one younger gentlemen, is great in the front office. I would recommend Oak Forest to others. Look at it yourself to make your decision.
