Do not move into Oak Forest. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment. My apartment flooded yesterday. I called emergency maitenance at 6:00 in the morning to have them turn off the water. Six hours later they finally showed up to turn it off. My apartment was completed soaked. Now they say they are not going to fix it till next week. Next Week!!! This needs to be fixed now. I cant wait 5 days just because you dont want to work over your holiday weekend. The smell is horrible, my stuff is ruined, and I have no place to go. But they dont care about me or any of their other tenants. The worst part is they are not replacing the carpet or removing the water from inside the wall. Oak Forest is happy with a half ass job as long as its cheap on their part.
