I moved in here a little over 1 year ago and I don't understand what all the fuss is about.

Rent is very reasonable compared to other complexes in the area. I just renewed my lease and my rent didn't increase no more than what I expected....$10!

I have a free covered parking space, they pick up my trash 5 days a week and maintenance staff is wonderful!

The office staff is also friendly and helpful, waiting to help as soon as you walk in.

I plan on staying here atleast until I'm ready to buy a home.
