since the the management change everything seems to finally be going in the right direction. I believe thats all OF needed was a professional Manager that can make decisions that matter to the residents and not just the people walking in off the streets. Since the new change the grounds look a lot nicer and not as much trash or dog droppings around. The pools are clean and my neighbors have actually quit with the loud music, which I might add that prior I had complained on atleast 4 different occasions when I went in to the office i was always told the Manager was in meetings. This past time I went in to the office the Manager her self greeted me and acknowledged my frustrations right away. Since the problems have been resolved. I hope this continues to go on forward. I had planned on moving out when my lease is up, now I might have a change of heart. I am so glad they got someone in here who cares! It is important to know you have someone that cares about their tenants and does'nt shrug you off.
