Awful ,this is the worst apartments ever, they look good when you look at the property but, it changes!! the office people are & NASTY, rude.They do not talk to you.. they demand.. you do this or that, I have found that, we tennents have more rights than they do. WE have the right to have a home & NO one coming in my apt. with a pass key.THE management person is the one who just uses her key & comes in when I am not home.I have a video camra hooked to my hard drive & have it all on there!!!!I get those nasty notes on my door as well.My water bill cannot possibly be $$ 50.00 I live alone & only home 10 hrs a nite & sleep most of them . I only wash laundry 3 times a week. yes they think I am not upset anymore BUT I am & I am leaving!! asap. I hear that no matter what you will NOT get your deposit back!!some people are just trapped here, because it cost so much to move, the Market rate thing is WRONG!! If that is MARKET RATE then they would rent the apt for that rate. They cannot keep or get people anymore. so they bring in bad influnce people the past few months. & NO SECURITY, hoodlums crusing the parking lot. & walking the property!! VARY BAD!!! do not move here!!! I am leaving ... & YES I will be in touch soon to join in with the rest of you. I want to move first!! they are so bad I do not know what they will do!!!
