Do not stop all is true!!! RUNNN!!! Liars & cheaters & thieves. Yes they trap you in Lease, sign 6 months they write in the 7th month. My lease was up so. Time to move right, they did the lease they know I will be leaving RIGHT.. they gave me a 6 month lease... so why do I need to even give a notice at all'''''BUT I want to be nice right, so I was nice, and turned a little more than 30 day notice . I will NOT be staying... then all the harrassment of more monies,for another month , AFTER I AM GONE!!! & YES this market Rate is a problem. !! they wii charge 200.00 to 350. if you are 1 day late & call it MARKET RATE!!! well why did they not rent it for market rate>> seems the stock market opperates on market rate. You grt at that SECOND what it it worth then ... NOT WHAT you wush the stock would sell for!!! HHHMMMM...>>> Seems illeagle to me'''''..... I was told I would not get my deposit back they had to clean . I told them it would be clean . She said oh, we still have to clean!! hhmmmm now, that is a normal cost of doind business! Just like my attorney.. just a normal cost of doing busineSS. I will just use her, yes my atty is a her!
