I rented a one bedroom apartment from them. It took 3 tries before I moved in to get the carpet clean. They refused to replace it. I should have known better. When I moved out, I get a bill for $240! $170 of it is for water! For a one bedroom apartment. I called the "water company" and was basically told "oh well". $60 of it was for cleaning the carpet. I had no pets. Just wanted warn everyone about this. I have heard from several of my friends who reccomended this place to me that the same thing happened to them after they moved out. Be careful!!
