I have lived in Oak Forest for almost a year. I love it. The apartments are very nice as is 95% of the people in the front office. I have never had the problems that these people are talking about. I have the large 2 br and my water bill has never been over $25.00 and my electric has never been more than $200, even in the heat of the summer.
If I weren't buying my own place I would sign another 12 month lease no question.
People who call this place ghetto have no idea what ghetto really is like.
