When we first moved in it was ok, but then after the hurricane that hit new orleans things have gone down hill. So many bad residents have moved in. No one is freindly. Everyone looks like they are either on or selling drugs. Cops are always driving through the apartments weekly. We usually see 3 or more come through at a time on a regular basis. There is constantly someone driving around with their windows rolled down and loud music blaring to the point your windows rattle! The office staff is not very freindly! We have called and complained so many times because they are slow and do not follow up on things. If you are a young single person and you dont give a ---- about these kinds of things these apartments would be great for you. I am sure you could throw a huge loud party in your apartment and nothing would be done, But if you have a family or are a decent person this is not the place to live!
