Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007


I have been here 2yrs. the first yr. was great this past yr. has been HELL!!! I just want out you have people partying at all hours of the night, cars with loud music, you try to go to the pool with your family and you have HillBillies there that say they have been drinking since noon and decide to pee on the side of the office building. I had my car stereo stolen, you don't feel safe at night, it seems that they just let anyone move in here I guess they don't do a criminal background check here. The gates are always broken people have cut out the bars on the gates so they can come in and out and don't have to use a card to get in they drive in here like they are still on I35. We have a neighbor that lets their dog urinate and sh** on the patio and they decide to leave it there for weeks so when it rains you can just imagine the smell. Management and office staff there are not enough words to tell you how rude and very hateful they are I even hate to go and have to face them every month to pay my rent this one lady looks down at you everytime you go in and you ask a question and they look at like your the dumb one. I guess I am for staying here. Price may be good but believe me you will regret it later. Oak Forest Apts. in Lewisville,TX
