I'm almost ashamed to say I've lived in this complex for almost 5 years. Mainly because of the staff when I initally moved in (Go ---!!) and I got a KILLER DEAL!! But, since money was tight I couldn't afford all the deposits elsewhere. Well now that I'm finally out of there....here it goes! And I could care less about putting my name on this because I made myself clear as to why I moved out: Management. Extremely rude, will not return ANY phone calls....including the asst. manager -----. To them, you are an extreme bother and could care less about you. Once you sign that lease...they are all devils in disguise! And don't bring pets here....$400 each!! I had two and they harrassed me for the money even when I gave them specific days, in writing, on when I was going to make payments....didn't matter to them. And like Blueshelly20 (previous reviewer) I paid $950 in deposits and only got $170 back. And when I moved out I walked through the apartment with a guy named -------. He wrote down that eveything looked very clean and the only bids they would have to do on the carpet was for a small stain and a piece where my dog chewed. I was sure they were going to replace the whole carpet...just to keep my money. ------- assured me that they would not. Since the location of the tear was easy to replace there would be NO need to replace the whole thing. What happened next' YEP, got charged to replace the WHOLE carpet (for one tear'). Oh, and apparently ------- doesn't work there any longer. Sooo....what, a few days later he no longer works there' hmmm...sounds fishy to me. And the Manager there... (---- I believe) was so nice the first day I met her and when I asked about the carpet she said I was charged for the shampooing of the carpet as well. UMMMM>...WHY IN THE HELL WOULD YOU CHARGE ME FOR SHAMPOOING WHEN YOU JUST REPLACED THE WHOLE DAMN CARPET!'!' She wasn't sure what to say about that....cause I caught her off guard. I told her over the phone I wanted a detailed list of everything they did (including this shampooing I apparently paid for) and she flat out told me that that was "not on the top of my priority list and the records we have are our records." Excuse me' I have every right to see those. Read the TX Renter/Landlord laws woman! I've been an assistant manager before and I NEVER treated my customers like this. Maybe a Leadership course could help them out'' I know I sound angry but this place is not worth all the stress I went through. I was a loyal tenant and did everything that was asked of me and was never late with rent (for 5 years!!). I deserve the same respect back. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER LIVING HERE! You can find better places in a better area. Leslie

I feel you here! I asked for a detailed list too, and had to call corporate to get it. Then ----- still sent in my stuff to the collection agency, even after they issued me a check. My lawyer has already issued her a statement, we are just waiting to hear from the sorporate office.
