I have lived here for a year, and am moving next month. When I first looked here, the staff seemed a little rude, because I did not plan on paying the deposit THAT moment, because I wanted to look around a little more...I overlooked that and still moved here. HUGE mistake. When I looked at the apartment, it seemed very nice for the money.Once I moved in, I kept finding HUGE roaches, and the staff would just be nasty and say it's because of all the trees around....whatever. They sent pest control ONE time for me in a year and that's because I was at the office every other day complaining. I even killed them and placed them in baggies to take up there to show them, along with the scorpian I found in my bathroom. Then one morning my husband was leaving to go to work ( he leaves at 3am) and there was a RAT in the hallway...yes a RAT. This happened 3 more times, and again the staff wrote it off to the trees around the property.
I cannot wait to get out of here........and I know from talking to other residents they are out of here when their lease is up as well. I am sure they will screw me over on my deposit too, but I don't even care, I just want to leave.
