The worst place to live. When we moved in in 2005 things were fine. Staff was polite and helpful. Place was clean. Fence didn't have huge holes kicked in it. Gates worked. Pool and hot tubs functioning and clean. Now''' The front office staff is a nightmare! On several occasions we have had things stolen from our apartment with no signs of forced entry. With no proof and the uncaring police nothing can be done about that. Then our pace was broken into. The door from our porch smashed. We discovered this upon our return from vacation. The first thing that tipped me off that something wasn't right was the fact that papers from the office were inside our place. I went to the office to inform them that I needed help either getting the window fixed now or a new place to stay in and all I was greeted with is "It's not our responsibility". Probably because there was someone there looking for a place (I hope they refused). Maintenance finally did board up the hole and replaced the glass. He was very kind and professional, even vacuumed up all the broken glass.

Then we had a package delivered by FedEx...that someone in the office signed for. We were told that the package wasn't there and it "wasn't their responsibility" I refused the runaround and said I would call the police and let them figure it out. Suprise, they found the package!

Maybe next time my rent is due I'll just tell them that it's "not my responsibility". This place is turning into a slum. It is a shame. I wish they would hire people who care. With all of this and reading the reviews and talking to other tenants, we are out of here.

If you are looking for a nice place to live. Look somewhere else. Keep in mind, I'm not accusing anyone of doing anything. The fact is, things are taken out of our apartment with no forced entry...plus I had to update this because when we came home from work on Friday we found fresh boot prints on our carpet wich I took photos of and willl share with the police. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

Same thing happened to me. At first I thought that I was imaging things. I finally purchased a nanny cam and took the evidence to the corp office.

What a horrifying experience. I hope you never run across management like that again.
