Packages, and this is standard with all apartments, are not always delivered properly by the delivering company(i.e. Fadex, DHL, UPS etc.) which is why when you sign your lease you must sign an addendum releasing the office staff from liability. Typically on a property of this size, packages are delivered in numbers of 15 or 20 each time. It is impossible for the staff to stop and check that each package they are signing for is in that delivery. There is one signature for all packages. Often times a package may be left on a truck and we sign for it assuming it is there. As for the office staff not calling you back that is a shame. I am sure it is only due to how busy they are because it is a very fast paced office. Every staff member has an email address as well and when you send the property an email, it is sent to everyone in the office staff, including management. As for the pools, they are cleaned and treated DAILY with the exception of the weekends. With that said, the pools see the most traffic over the weekend and with traffic comes a truck load of problems for the pools chemicals. Monday mornings require locking the pools to try to balance the chemicals again from the beating the pool takes over the weekend. One thing that would help this problem is if the residents who use the pool would not create bigger problems such as throwing a cake into the pool or dumping drinks and other things in. The property is getting a courtesy officer as soon as an officer is willing to take on the task. Also, our residents are our eyes and ears and we need to know if they see the pools being used improperly during the day. At night a simple call to the police would help as well. New gym equipment might be coming soon which could explain why certain items may not be working. Unfortunetly, larger items that need to be replaced or repaired have to be contracted out or are on order and take a while longer to be taken care of. I hope this helps you understand the other side of these issues.

We never got our packages either. And when we would call to get the tracking number we found out that it was delivered the week prior. The people in the office suck. They all deserve to be fired.

I no longer have packages mailed to me at this address, because who knows what happens to them. I had a similar experience to the resident above. Plus, I never want to deal with office personnel ever again... until I turn in my vacate notice. The thinly-veiled office staff member who wrote the above response is quoted as saying, "as for the office staff not calling you back, that is a shame. I am sure it is only due to how busy they are..." Right. "...how busy they are devising ways to charge you bogus fees."
