This place use to rate around 35%. Now they are down to 28%. Not surprising.
Maintenance never fixes things the first time. Shoddy work.
Dog crap everywhere
The apartment complex that keeps on giving:
Month to month does not mean month to month. Even when you go month to month yo still have to give a 60 day notice. Month to month only gets you out of the 700.00 reletting fee if you had a lease. Plus you get to pay an extra 300.00 to go month to month.
Think you getting your deposit back, think again. They will nickle and dime you for anything. My friend left a dish in the dishwasher that was clean. They charged her $5.00 to remove the dish. No, she did not get the dish back. They pocketed that.
Cleaned the bath tub but left the shower curtain. $25.00 to remove the shower curtain. What asses.

Sounds like its not you who lived here, your friend was who lived here...This was obviously your friends first experience with apartments...You are going to realize that at most complexes, they will not give you your deposit back, even IF you left the place spotless...As for your friend leaving the dish in the dishwasher and leaving the shower curtain in the bathroom...that was your FRIENDS problem, your friend could have easily prevented that problem..I don't think when your friend moved in they found a dish in the dishwasher and a shower curtain in the bathroom...I know I didn't!
