There is a reason that this website makes you promise you are not an employee because that way you are only receiving a one sided view of issues. You don't hear about the resident who waits to pay rent on the 28th of the month and is then upset that they have to pay over $150 in late fees. All of the sudden that resident has a leak in their sink that was never fixed and their ac filter was NEVER replaced. Problems don't come out until your upset at something you did. There's two sides to every story....

The only good posts on this website came from employees because they look so bad and want to look better. The whole management team needs to be replaced by people who know how to interact with other human beings with dignity and respect.

Did you actually have to pay that $200 or did they fix it?

I've driven by the property on many occasions, and admired the landscaping ; which is what brought me here to find reviews.
What I want to know are the following...
1. How much of what goes on outside, can be heard from inside the apartments? i.e. can one easily hear people traveling up and down the stairs?
2. How sound are the apartment? Can one hear life in the adjoining apartments, or is one fairly well insulated from that?
3.Can a renter choose any telephone service provider they choose, or is one restricted by a contract that management or the owner has with any particular Telco?
4. Does management address legitimate complaints, or do they just lead one to believe they do?
5. Is there an additional charge for covered parking?
6. If one comes home late at night and has no assigned parking space, how far from their building do they have to park?
7. Is vehicle theft, burglary or b&e a problem there?
8. Are there any problems with unsupervised children playing in the corridors? From my experience, when this occurs, it not only sounds louder from within the apartment, but detracts from the peace one is entitled to with the payment of rent.
3. How prevalent is the ghetto mentality? i.e. A.Loud music at all hours of the day. B.Hanging out in the parking lot openly drinking, cussing and staring people down as they come & go. C. Car stereos blasting rap with the bass thumping loud enough to feel from within the apartment.
4.How decent are the residents? Specifically speaking, class, respect and cleanliness aren't determined by how much one earns or doesn't earn; and with that being said...
A. how clean, decent and respectable are the residents overall?
1.Do they put their trash outside the door; exposing immediate neighbors to the smell of it, while attracting roaches, gnats and ants?
2. Do they walk around with their pants sagging and underwear exposed? If the answer to this is yes, than one can expect to see trash outside the apartments; see loud gatherings in the parking lot, and hear bass and rap emanating from car stereos.

To answer the first question, YES i had to pay it, otherwise when I paid my rent for the next month they said they would just take off the top of that and send me an eviction notice for "unpaid rent".
To answer the other poster....don't let the landscaping fool you.
1 and 2. I hear everytime someone enters or exits their apartment, walks across the floor above me, I hear the alarm clock every morning from the lady next to me.
3. Not sure on the phone service thing....mine is thru my cable provider.
4.When you walk in the office for anything, they look at you like you are an insect, and treat you accordingly. I sure couldn't get anything fixed, and they didnt care about the roaches either.
5. No additional charge for covered parking
6. The parking was never an issue for me
7. Haven't heard of any vehicle theft
8.Unsupervised children all over the place (at least in my building) running thru the hallways, yell, scream and slam doors.
I don't see too many people hanging out in the parking lot, BUT theres people with SUPER loud cars that tear through there. I have complained and they dont bother to do anything. As far as the trash, there is daily trash pickup, and people put the trash out anytime they feel like it, instead of in the morning, which attracts the rats that have been seen in the hallways.
My suggestion? DON"T DO IT

the only good responses came from a girl named Holly that works in the office. So don't believe them.

The original post ("I think it's a wonderful property") was obviously written by someone on staff. How transparent can you get. And how sad that real residents can find so little positive to say about the nightmare office of this horribly managed complex.
