I have been living here for two years and cannot wait to move! When I moved in two years ago, the grounds seemed nice. I loved all of the trees. Boy, was I wrong. I'm at the back of the complex and if it's not the car dealership's intercom, it's the rednecks working on their cars with the radio blasting. There is trash everywhere. They do not keep the back pool clean. The hot tub never works. The parking lot is full of potholes. There has been a gutter laying in the yard for 3 months now. I have called the mgmt. several times to complain, but nothing is ever done. The kids play in the parking lot and just run out in front of cars, daring them to hit them. They have written profanities on the walls in spray paint and have destroyed pool property. The dog poop problem is awful! It stinks all of the time. There is a real problem with stray cats too. It's a terrible place to live.
