I lived at the Oaks years ago. One month my water bill was 307 dollars. I never recieved any help after complaining to the manager (at the time)and after refusing to pay they have put it on my credit report. So, I continue to pay for a mistake they made years ago. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

I wrote this comment - what, 4 years ago and this water bill is still on my credit!! Do NOT take the same chance I did by living at the Oaks of Lewisville! A mistake that's lived with me for all this time!!!!!!
