Me and a roommate went looking to save some money on rent after leaving Chapel Hill when our third roommate got married. We looked and found this place and thought it was a good deal for the money. Then we moved in...

1) The complex was mad at us for moving in because they forgot to clean the carpets before our previously agreed upon date to move. The carpets were soaking wet.

2) There were cracks along most of the walls and the backdoor's jam was rotten so bad that we had bugs and rats crawling into our kitchen.

3) My roommate's toilet had pieces of ceramic missing and it took the apartment almost a month to replace it. The manager actually told us that since we had a second bathroom, it wasn't a big deal. So that month, we paid them what a 2 bed 1 bath was going for, since it wasn't a big deal.

4) We have a Kenmore HE washer and dryer. The dryer keeps on overheating itself and the service tech from Sears told us the unit was fine. It took my roommate writing a letter to the corporate office complaining to get someone out here to fix it.

5) Rats, bugs, stray cats, car dealership lights and PA...

Bottom line, the management likes to act like they're doing us a favor letting us live here. They also rotate maintenance guys around so there may not be any guys on the grounds like the day we went without power for 4 hours. This place sucks...
