I lived in these apartments for a year and a half and I had the worst termite and carpenter ant problem. I had to spend ten minutes every morning drowning huge carpenter ants before I took a shower because they would crawl inside the faucet for my tub. I would catch one in a jar and bring it down to the office and show them what i was living with, and they would send someone out to spray for roaches (which I didn't have and never fixed anything). I never used my balcony, and just before I moved out I noticed that it had become spongy like termites had been working on it, so for the last two month I was there I was scared to stand on it. Also, the assigned parking sucks because they don't even try to find you a space near your building, or in my case, one that my truck would fit into.
