The best part of Oaks experience are the very interesting neighbors you will have. Old lady that digs through the trash....INSIDE the trashcan EVERY morning. The 5 people who live in a one bedroom who deal drugs and all live in a one bedroom apartment next door to you. The sweet aroma of weed as you walk your dog around the apartment. AAHHH... the memories I WILL NOT miss.
The apartments are OK if you are fine waiting DAYS for them to fix a non working toilet in a one bedroom apartment and then they tell you that it's a building problem that they can't fix. But don't worry, the sewage running into the parking lot from the building doesn't bother them at all.
Our AC unit is "faulty" according to the maintenance guy and doesn't work AT ALL a 1/3 of the time. But do they fix it .... NOOOOOOOO
We are not a couple that has been evicted as the Managment claims, we always pay on time and follow all their rules. It's just a sucky apartment. When we moved in our rent was 495 and that's all we could afford. It's ok if you don't have alot of money, but pick somewhere else if you can. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
