We've lived here a year and are currently paying triple the price while looking for a new apartment. Our lease included a month we didn't live here (we didn't pay but are paying now). Management never called to let us know about the change in our lease.

Parking stinks half the time. There is one covered parking but two of us and sometimes my husband or I have to walk from the middle of the complex to our end. Pools are often closed and the hot tub is never heated. Business office is useless--the computers never work. Atheltic room is generally nice.

Our apartment is tiny. We could probably be paying a lot less for the size.

Haven't had problems with neighbors in our complex but the people in the complex behind us are always screaming and honking at all hours. Kids play in the streets til 2 a.m. sometimes.

Haven't had problems directly with management or getting things fixed. However, when they need in your apartment to fix something that isn't broken they are very rude. Completely tore apart the bathroom to replace the air-conditioner. Mud, ceiling and dust all over the bathroom and was not cleaned up. They broke our shower curtain and put it on our bed--gross.
