I have lived here for a year now, during this time there has been 3 different managers! The manager before this new one was much better than the other two put together. I believe her name was Lidena. She always was friendly me when I came in the office.

Anyway, I've been down to the leasing office a few times to speak with this new lady about my lease expiring b/c they want to raise my rent so high! She just sits in her office and has her worker-bee's do everything. I live by the leasing area and I see her outside smoking more than doing anything. She won't even return my calls!

Overall, this complex is horrible. You can get a lot more for your money elsewhere with a manager that really cares about your needs. Roaches are also a huge problem, in addition to parking being a nightmare.

I was warned before moving there, but the rent was affordable. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for!
