Our place was broken into and the office acted like it was no big deal!
The pipe under our bathroom sink busted and they charged us for the damage to the cabinets!
We had a rat on our patio one night. Our dog was raising a rukus wanting to go outside and once she got on the patio, she killed a rat! There was nothing on the patio, but a rat had decided to hang around. Makes me wonder what other animals and creepy crawlers went undetected at night.
Drug dealers and thieves like to live at the Oaks and management does nothing about it!
Our water bill was never under $150 dollars for 2 people.
The office staff is rude and incompetent!!!
Parking is a nightmare! Our truck was hit while it was parked outside in our reserved spot! Once again, management turned a deaf ear to our complaints.
