The oaks are that bad. I would say if you looking for a a place to stay come and visit but after a while the management crew gets kind of arrogant but, if your looking for a nice place to stay its pretty nice. Cops run through the place every once and a while and the AC HAVE MAYJOR ISSUES! I MEAN HARD CORE MAYJOR ISSUES! I SWEAT when i sleep. Dont get the idea that the appartment are some crummy ghetto looking dirty paint and leaking ceiling. Its not, acually it quite clean and cosey(2nd floor). But just that damn AC doesnt work when you need it to! But thank god so far it works on hot days! just not the hot nites when it counts.
