I've lived in better places and I've lived in worse. Management was nice and I never had a problem with them losing my check. The balcony and stairs to my apartment were not in good repair and they took four months to fix a small leak in the roof during rainy season, but other smaller in-apartment fixes were done quickly. We had carpenter ants from the time we moved in and have never been able to get rid of them. Gates only work about a fifth of the time, but we had no problem with close parking. My neighbors were the usual mix of nice families and illegals, but I never had a problem with anyone. The water does get shut off a lot for improvements, but hopefully the improvement will prevent this in the future. Overall, not too bad, but go for better if you can afford it. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
