Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The apartment complex recently raised their rates to be "competitive with the market" but what management did not consider is that the only reason why people are at the Oaks of Lewisville is because of the cheap rent. Now we are paying high prices for a run down apartment complex that has snotty staff who cares less if your AC isn't running or that your front door is crooked so it gaps and let's air out.
Rent from someone else than these crooks.
