I have not lived here very long but moving to The Oaks of Lewisville has been the BIGGEST mistake of my life!
Let me first address managment. They are completely unable to make rational or even caring decisions regarding customer care and complaints. The treat you with complete disregard.
The maintenance staff is pathetic and more than likely uncertified to do the repairs that they attempt.
Here is a list of repairs that (after two weeks) we are still waiting for:
*toilet keeps overflowing at any time of day, even when I am not home.
*the roof of the covered parking is fallinf over.
*my AC has broken TWICE.
*leaky pipes in bathrooms and kitchen.
*balcony is falling in; cannot walk onto it.
As for the common grounds' Trash and animal feces everywhere! And there is no outside lighting on the apartment building!
I read the reviews and still gave this place a chance because the rent was good and the one person I spoke with (who is no longer here) was very nice.
THIS WAS THE WORST CHOICE IN MY LIFE!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY LIVING IN TRASHY CONDITIONS!!!!!
