Fellow residents, I found out recently that the management company that bought this property is notorious for taking crappy run-down apts and doing major overhauls on the complex. And they're a month behind schedule on the stuff they're doing now, with more to come. So if you signed a lease right before all of this started, like me, beware... it will probably still be going on when (not if) I move out!!! Hope you aren't the type who actually likes to spend time on the balcony you pay for, those are going to be done too. Geez... and the gates' They haven't closed in months. Management also neglects to let us know about car break-ins or even the car that caught fire last week!! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I know about the car break in things..my neighbor was one of the unfortunate ones who had his broke into and they did over $1100.00 worth of damage.
